END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING ANY SOFTWARE PRODUCT PROVIDED BY WPACTIONS. BY PURCHASING, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACTIVATING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
This Agreement is between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and WPActions, operated by an individual freelancer in Greece (“WPActions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning software products sold under the WPActions brand (“Software”).

1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to this Agreement and your successful purchase of a valid license, WPActions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of WordPress websites permitted by the license you purchased.
The applicable license type, number of permitted activations, duration, and other license terms are displayed on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.
WPActions currently offers license options that may include:
1 Year / 1 Site
1 Year / 10 Sites
Lifetime / 1 Site
Other license options may be offered for individual products in the future.
The license permits you to use the Software only within the limits of the license purchased.
2. LICENSE DURATION
2.1 Annual Licenses
Unless otherwise stated, an annual license is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Where automatic renewal is enabled for an annual license, the license will automatically renew for another one-year period unless you cancel the renewal before the applicable renewal date.
An expired annual license does not automatically become a lifetime license and does not grant continued access to license-dependent functionality or updates.
2.2 Lifetime Licenses
A lifetime license remains valid for the lifetime of the applicable Software product, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Software product and WPActions' continued offering and support of that product. It does not mean the lifetime of the User, website, WordPress installation, or any particular hardware.
A lifetime license does not guarantee that the Software will be offered or supported indefinitely.
3. ACTIVATION AND NUMBER OF SITES
Your license permits activation on the number of WordPress websites specified by the license purchased.
For example:
A 1 Site license permits activation on one WordPress website at a time.
A 10 Sites license permits activation on up to ten WordPress websites at a time.
You may deactivate a license from one website and activate it on another website, provided that you remain within the applicable activation limit.
You may not use one license simultaneously on more websites than permitted by the purchased license.
WPActions may use technical measures to enforce the applicable activation limit.
4. LICENSE VALIDATION
The Software may communicate with WPActions servers to verify license status, manage activations, and provide license-dependent functionality.
An active and valid license may be required for the Software to remain fully functional and to receive updates.
If a license expires, is canceled, becomes invalid, or is otherwise no longer active, license-dependent functionality and access to updates may be disabled.
WPActions does not guarantee that license validation services will be available without interruption.
5. UPDATES
Where included with the applicable license, an active license provides access to Software updates released by WPActions during the applicable license period.
Updates may include:
Bug fixes
Security fixes
Compatibility improvements
Performance improvements
New features
For annual licenses, access to updates is included while the license remains active.
For lifetime licenses, updates are included for the lifetime of the applicable Software product, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
WPActions does not guarantee compatibility with every future version of WordPress, WooCommerce, themes, plugins, hosting environments, or other third-party software.
6. PERMITTED USE
You may install and use the Software on WordPress websites within the activation limits of your purchased license.
You may use the Software for personal, commercial, or client websites, provided that the applicable license limits are respected.
A license does not transfer ownership of the Software to you.
7. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
a. Resell or redistribute the Software as a separate commercial product or represent it as your own software;
b. Share, publish, sell, or distribute your WPActions license key to third parties;
c. Use a license on more websites than permitted by the purchased license;
d. Attempt to bypass, disable, circumvent, or interfere with the Software's license validation or activation system;
e. Remove WPActions branding or proprietary notices where such removal is not permitted;
f. Use the Software for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law;
g. Use the Software to develop a competing product by copying proprietary portions of the Software.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to restrict rights granted to you under an applicable open-source software license.
8. OPEN-SOURCE SOFTWARE AND WORDPRESS
WPActions Software may contain, incorporate, or depend upon software distributed under open-source licenses, including the GNU General Public License (GPL) or other applicable open-source licenses.
Where an open-source license grants rights that differ from or exceed the rights described in this Agreement, that applicable open-source license governs those rights.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to restrict, remove, or override rights granted to you under an applicable open-source license.
9. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Software is licensed, not sold.
Subject to applicable open-source licenses, WPActions retains the rights and interests in the proprietary portions of the Software, including its proprietary code, branding, documentation, and other original materials.
Your purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of the Software or WPActions intellectual property to you.
All WPActions trademarks, logos, names, and branding remain the property of their respective owner.
10. PAYMENTS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
The applicable purchase price and license terms are displayed at the time of purchase.
Where an annual license is configured for automatic renewal, the license will automatically renew for another one-year period unless automatic renewal is canceled before the renewal date.
The applicable renewal price will be presented in accordance with applicable law and the information provided during purchase or renewal.
You may cancel automatic renewal through the available account or subscription management options.
Canceling automatic renewal prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund a completed payment.
11. REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Refunds are subject to the WPActions Refund Policy applicable to your purchase.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply under applicable law.
Where applicable, consumers may have statutory rights concerning digital content, digital services, conformity of digital content, refunds, and withdrawal from distance contracts.
Where the law requires specific consent or acknowledgment concerning the immediate supply of digital content and the effect of that supply on a withdrawal right, WPActions will obtain such consent as required.
12. SOFTWARE CONFORMITY AND SUPPORT
WPActions will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Software performs substantially as described on the applicable product page.
If the Software does not conform to applicable mandatory legal requirements, you retain any rights and remedies provided by applicable law.
WPActions may provide customer support through the support channels made available for the relevant product.
Support does not include custom development, guaranteed compatibility with every third-party product, or modifications to your website.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
WPActions does not guarantee that the Software will:
Operate without interruption;
Be completely error-free;
Remain compatible with every future version of WordPress or third-party software;
Meet requirements that are not stated in the applicable product documentation.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes any warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WPActions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Any limitation of liability contained in this Agreement applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
15. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains effective for as long as you have a valid license or continue to use the Software, subject to its terms.
WPActions may suspend or terminate a license where necessary because of a material breach of this Agreement, including unauthorized use of the license or deliberate circumvention of license restrictions.
Expiration of an annual license ends the license rights associated with that license, but is not itself a finding of misconduct or breach.
Upon termination for breach, you must cease using the Software where required by this Agreement or applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be limited.
16. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
WPActions may update this Agreement from time to time.
Updates may be made to reflect changes to the Software, licensing model, legal requirements, or business practices.
Changes will not remove or reduce mandatory rights that apply to purchases already made.
The current version of this Agreement will be made available through WPActions.
17. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Greece, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you.
Nothing in this Agreement prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights or bringing proceedings in a jurisdiction where applicable consumer law permits them to do so.
